Mentre in Tv impazza il Festival io ho scoperto un’agenzia immobiliare svedese che ha dell’eccezionale. Avete presente le nostre agenzie? Quelle con i siti deprimenti il più delle volte, che presentano le case con foto da far rabbrividire??

16 MQ PER UN INTERVENTO DI HOME STAGING INCREDIBILE

Ecco, allora dimenticatevene: l’agenzia immobiliare Edward&Partners ha questo sito dalla grafica semplice ed elegante che mostra tutte le case in vendita con l’indicazione dei metri quadri, delle stanze, del prezzo…. Credetemi, ce ne sono per tutti i gusti: prendete questa micro-casa di soli 16 mq.

Well, forget about them then: real estate agency Edward & Partners has this site with simple and elegant graphic showing all the houses for sale with an indication of square meters, number of rooms, price ….

Believe me, there is something for everyone: take this micro-house of only 16 square meters.

Entrando ci troviamo subito in cucina-soggiorno: veniamo colpiti dallo stile con cui è arredato l’appartamento, che ha carattere.

Mobili in laccato opaco nero, essenziali ma con molto spazio per riporre e nascondere. Sicuramente il focus della casa è il divano giallo senape (a cui si coordinano gli accessori) insieme alle luci blu.

Upon entering we are immediately in the kitchen-living room: we are struck by the style in which the apartment is furnished, it has character.

Furniture in matt black, basic but with plenty of room to store and conceal. Surely the focus of the house is the mustard yellow sofa (to which are coordinated all accessories) together with blue lights.

 

So già cosa vi state chiedendo: ma dove si dorme qui dentro?? E la risposta è presto data: con un letto sopraelevato che si trova proprio sopra alla porta d’ingresso.

Ma non lo trovate geniale?? Non è finita qui…. la casetta ha uno splendido terrazzino, con fiori e divani per godersi a pieno la bella stagione.

I already know what you’re thinking: but where do you sleep in here ?? And the answer is soon given: with a raised bed that is right above the entrance door. Don’t you find it brilliant ?? There’s more …. this tiny-house has a beautiful terrace with flowers and sofas to fully enjoy the warm seas.

 

E pensate che questo era un intervento di Home Staging… scommetto che una casa presentata così da un’agenzia l’avreste comprata subito!!!
