……….

Siete mai stati in Portogallo?

Have you ever been to Portugal? If the answer is no, then stay here and read on, because tonight I want to take you to a ride in Lisbon.

An old apartment of 60 m2 bought by a customer, in the heart of the city: this the object of a total restyling by the architects of the study Fala Atelier.

The apartment had something special, but at first glance looked like it had been designed on the contrary: the living at north away from light and the bedrooms to the south, away from the panoramic windows.

Tight, cramped spaces have been deleted from the house: a single large space, with only the construction of two new walls and doors.

Just look at the diagrams of functions and before and after plans to see the changes: spaces were rotated of 180 °, arriving in their best point of use and allowing the client to take advantage of the veranda, which before was only useful to circulate among this small spaces.

Less is more.

So off the old shutters, the old windows and the walls: the house opens out and  living room and balcony become one. Furnishings are not many, but very precise and defined: unique pieces that give body to the environments, as if they were works of art.

To emphasize all the white walls like paintings and metal doors in black anthracite. Less is more.
