Anche questa settimana vi sorprendo, rimanendo in Italia per parlare di una delle micro-case più belle che ho scoperto: siamo a Camogli, Genova, vicino al mare e al sole.
In un piccolissimo attico mansardato di soli 35 m² utilizzato come casa di vacanza, la richiesta era quella di trovare spazio per quattro posti letto con relativi armadi e una zona studio.
Il risultato ottenuto dallo studio Gosplan (qui un altro loro progetto http://bit.ly/1WVlnOD) è una casa quasi completamente su misura, con mobili che diventano anche stanze.
Also this week I want to surprise you, staying in Italy to talk about one of the finest tiny apartment that I discovered: we are in Camogli, Genoa, near the sea and the sun.
In a tiny attic loft of only 35 m² used as a holiday home, the request was to find space for four beds with its closets and a study area.
The result obtained from the study Gosplan (here another their project ) is a house almost fully customized, where every room is a piece of furniture.
L’ambiente principale è ovviamente dedicato alla cucina – zona pranzo – soggiorno, dove tutto si incastra perfettamente come con i Lego: un divano due posti si incastona alla perfezione a fianco della piccola cucina lineare.
A dare luce e respiro due grandi finestre, dalle quali oltre ad affacciarsi si può anche uscire per sedersi a godesi il panorama sul porticciolo.
The main room is of course dedicated to the kitchen – dining area – living room, where everything fits perfectly as with Lego: a two-seater sofa embeds itself perfectly to the side of the small linear kitchen.
Two large windows give light and breath, from which to look out over but even go out to sit at to enjoy your view over the harbor.
Ma la vera chicca, il cuore del progetto, è la zona notte: non mattoni ne cartongesso per dividere la camera matrimoniale da quella degli ospiti, ma mobili personalizzati realizzati dagli architetti e costruiti appositamente per questa ristrutturazione.
In questo modo i mobili stessi diventano le stanze, da aprire e chiudere all’occorrenza.
Questa idea nasce dall’impossibilità di portare fisicamente in casa materiali grandi e pesanti: al posto dei classici materiali costruttivi, è stato scelto il legno, capace di scaldare l’ambiente e adattabile alle più svariate esigenze.
But the real gem, the heart of the project, is the sleeping area: not brick or plasterboard for dividing the master bedroom from the guest room, but custom furniture made by architects and built specifically for this restructuring.
In this way the furniture themselves become rooms, to open and close if necessary.
This idea stems from the impossibility of physically bringing home large and heavy materials: instead of the classic building materials, wood was chosen, capable of warming the environment and adaptable to various needs.
Sarà anche anche una piccola casa vacanze, ma io potrei viverci tutti i giorni e voi??
