In this week of vacation, where did you go?

Since I have not gone anywhere I console myself by going around the world virtually and today I’m going to Kiev, Ukraine.

It almost seems that I bring out these microscopic houses from a hat as a wizards, but in reality it is only a careful research to find the smallest house 😉

Today’s house is from the architect Stanislav Kaminskyi which followed three projects of tiny houses one better than the other.

We have already seen the first MICROLOFT, now it’s up to Microloft # 2: 39 sqm of warmth, elegance and intimacy.

Entrance – ingresso

Entering the narrow corridor you have the impression of being in a very spacious industrial loft  base of some photographer or artist.

Paintings and mirrors placidly resting on the ground, giving tone but not too formal.

The entrance has an important function as a place of “storage”: large closets welcome us, ready to pick up all the property of the owners.

Kitchen and living room share the same environment: space is tight, but claustrophobia is the last thing that comes to mind when we look at the photos.

Textiles and soft furnishings, ceiling lamps with diffuser in mesh and 60s inspired chairs : so many details that make the rooms sophisticated but direct.

But here’s the gem: Stanislav was so good that he could also cut a double bedroom, which has the look and the feel of a beautiful hotel suite.

It is located between the wall that supports the kitchen and the wall that houses the bathroom, raised on a textile platform that is a unique piece with the headboard-shelf.

Finally we find the bathroom: in shades of gray as the rest of the house, home to a large tank so that we do not feel the lack of large Hollywood villas 😉
