If you owed think about the city that surely offers the smallest houses to live, some for the spaces that are very small and some for the costs, to which you would think?

I would surely say New York and precisely the district in Manhattan.

Oh yes because in the city that never sleeps nothing must be wasted, not even the space of the houses: here is that to the architects of the study Specht Harpman comes this little apartment on top of a six-story building.

The house has only 39 m² availables but more than 7 meters in height: here is what will be the focal point of the house.

Exploit the height to create cantilevered rooms where you will find everything you need for a small apartment: 4 rooms, one for each function.

Spaces exploited to the millimeter for a house that seems almost designed and made to measure, as if it were a piece of furniture.

A large kitchen communicating with the living room and overlooked by projecting thebed: large and fluids spaces, for a house that is airy and bright.

The small bathroom is located under the stairs and if you look carefully, you will see that the door has a giant mirror, not only for the joy of women but also to double the sense of space in this small room.

If we go upstairs we find other stairs that lead us to the terrace on which is spread a wonderful green grass (a rarity in the skies of New York): the terrace has a glass floor that allows light to filter into the living room below.

But in a house like this where do we store all our things??

No panic: the stairs actually are fully formed by containers, drawers and closets and are inspired by the Japanese Kaidan Dansu.

I find them spectacular as well as the dark wood floors, white and of course the beautiful view …

What more could we want in the heart of the Big Apple?
