Ormai è un dato di fatto: di tutte le micro-case di cui ho scritto e scrivo, la maggior parte sono ad opera di architetti e interior designer Russi.

Sono davvero brillanti, preparati e sorprendenti: con una grandissima tecnica riescono ogni volta a trovare delle soluzioni incredibili.

Oggi è il turno di un appartamento di 48 m² a Saratov a cura dello studio di architettura Anton Lebedev.

It is now a fact: of all the micro-houses that I wrote and I write, most are the work of Russians architects and interior designers.

They are really brilliant, prepared and surprising: with a great preparation, they succeed every time in finding incredible solutions.

Today is the turn of a 48 square meters apartment of in Saratov by the architectural firm Anton Lebedev.

 

Girovagando per l’appartamento il colpo d’occhio è fortissimo e subito ci sono evidenti le caratteristiche della casa.

Le scelte di stile sono ben definite: legno chiaro, colori forti e decisi, trame e pattern a definire le varie zone funzionali della casa.

Una carta da parati a tema cittadino all’ingresso, pois colorati per la zona notte e piastrelle stile cementine in cucina.

 

Wandering through the apartment the sight is very strong and there are obvious characteristics in the house.

The choices of style are well defined: light wood, strong colors, textures and pattern to define the various functional areas of the house.

A wallpaper with a citizen theme in the hall, colorful polka dots for the bedroom and cement tiles style in the kitchen.

 

Non è uno degli appartamenti più piccoli che abbiamo visto ma comunque 48 m² non sono un granché se abbiamo bisogno di molte stanze.

La zona giorno è ben sviluppata e luminosa ed è caratterizzata da due divani ricavati da pallet che all’esigenza si uniscono dando vita ad un secondo letto matrimoniale.

La zona notte vera e proprio invece si trova su una base rialzata, che si può chiudere all’esigenza con pareti scorrevoli in vetro satinato che ricordano vagamente le pareti mobili Giapponesi.

 

This is not one of the smaller apartments that we saw but 48 sqm are not that great if we need many rooms.

The living area is well developed and bright and has two sofas made from pallets that when in need come together creating a second bed.

The sleeping area is situated instead on a raised base, which can be closed with sliding glass satine walls vaguely reminiscent of the Japanese mobile walls.

 

Per finire guardate che divertente il bagno con questo giallo limone acceso, stemperato dal legno che da calore.

Ovviamente in una casa così gli armadi a giorno sono immancabili, ben integrati nei mobili della cucina, per dare posto anche alle cose impensabili.

Una delle cose più belle e che danno un tocco in più per me sono le lampade: quasi delle installazioni artistiche in mezzo alla stanza.

 

At the end, look how fun the bath is with this lemon yellow color, softened by wood heat.

Obviously in a house like this,open wardrobes are inevitable, well integrated into the kitchen units to give place to even unthinkable things.

One of the most beautiful things that give an extra touch, to me are the lamps: almost artistic installations across the room.
