Young, in love and decided: life is short and you have to take advantage.

Let the plunge and go in together, buying a small apartment in the heart of Paris of only 36 square meters.

Yes yes you read that right: so little space that there is no place for shoes.

Yet the pair of only 26 accepts the challenge (it will also be recklessness of youth) and entrusts the total renovation in the hands of Margaux Meza and Carla Lopez of Transition Interior Design Studio.

The two young architette must comply with the budget, but by analyzing the needs and requests take the courageous decision to make the total clean sweep of all that was in the house.

Having knocked down all the walls, changed the plants and redone all the floors, the 1920 house has turned into a single bright and friendly environment.

The kitchen and the living room share the same environment and are separated physically but not visually from the bedroom through the windows with a taste a little retro and bohemian.

A mix of contemporary, retro and industrial style make the apartment comforting and warm with minimalist but elegant furnishings.

Hardwood, white walls, bricks for perimeter wall of the bedroom: precise furnishing choices that want to confer a character out of time at home.

But beware: the furniture is Ikea, because they had to respect the budget.
