Buon venerdì a tutti!!

Non so voi ma queste settimane di luglio che mi separano delle sognatissime vacanze sono lunghissime… non passano più e non è facile neanche trovare spunti con cui distrarsi e ammazzare il tempo.

Però qualche tempo fa ho visto questa carinissima idea e ho pensato che dovevo farvela vedere per forza.

I don’t know about you but these weeks of July that separate me from my dreamy holidays are very long … time passes so slow and it is not easy even to find cues to distract and with which spent time.

But some time ago I saw this cute idea and I thought I had to let you all see it.

Se dico murales cosa vi viene in mente? Sicuramente la street art e i disegni vari ed eventuali che si vedono in giro per la città.

Ma non si tratta solo di questo: ci sono artisti bravissimi in giro che potrebbero trasformare la vostra sala (eh si la vostra) in un luogo artistico e fascinoso.

If I say murals what comes to your mind? Surely street art and drawings you see around the city.

But it’s not only this: there are talented artists around who could transform your living room (yes yours) in a fascinating and artistic place.

Guardate questa sala da pranzo in questa casa vittoriana a Cambridge quanto è colorata e allegra: su tutte le pareti animali e piante di tutti i tipi si rincorrono per raccontare una favola meravigliosa.

La designer Heidi Pribell con l’aiuto dell’artista Julia Puriton hanno ridato vita a questa storica casa, con un tocco di fantasia.

Il contrasto è dato dagli arredi in stile e originari della casa, ma il risultato un po’ sospeso nel tempo è assicurato 🙂

Look at this dining room in this Victorian house in Cambridge as it is colorful and cheerful: on the walls animals and plants of all kinds chase to tell a wonderful story. 

The designer Heidi Pribell with the help of the artist Julia Puriton gave new life to this historic house, with a touch of fantasy.

The contrast is given by style furnishing and originals  from the home, but the result a bit suspended in time is secured 🙂
